Lanocard Limited Web Version of the Service Usage Agreement

This Agreement constitutes a valid agreement between you and Lanocard Limited for the use of Lanocard Limited Web Services (the "Services"). Once you log in and use the Service, it means that you have carefully read, understand and agree to all terms of this Agreement, and are willing to bear the resulting legal responsibilities. Service Statement and Commitment

If Lanocard Limited adjusts the terms of this Agreement due to system upgrades, business needs or changes in laws and regulations, you can view the updates in the latest version of the Agreement. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to and accept the updated terms; Otherwise, you should stop using it.

Lanocard Limited will, when processing payment and banking business related to you, inquire, verify or provide your information to credit bureaus or other compliance agencies according to legitimate needs, and undertake to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

In order to ensure the security of the transaction, you authorize Lanocard Limited to collect, store and use your device information and personal information (such as device model, IP address, etc.) when necessary to enhance the security of the transaction.

Fees and Termination of Service

The use of Lanocard Limited Web Services is subject to payment of the service price announced by Lanocard Limited. If the price of the service changes, you have the right to choose whether to continue using it. If you do not accept the new fee standard, you may apply to change or terminate the service; Otherwise, it is deemed to accept the adjustment content.

You may choose to turn off the Lanocard Limited Web Version service at any time, after which the service will terminate. If you breach the Agreement, Lanocard Limited reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate your services and reserves the right to hold you liable.

Service Usage Rules

You voluntarily choose to use Lanocard Limited Web Services and shall comply with all rules, bylaws and agreements related to Lanocard Limited business.

The Web version of the Service can only be accessed through the official Lanocard Limited website or other legally authorized channels. You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of unauthorized programs or third-party applications.

Lanocard Limited is not responsible for service interruption, transaction delay or failure that may result from uncontrollable factors such as network, communication or equipment failure during use. You can try again after the fault is rectified, or do it through other self-service channels.

To ensure the security of your account, you need to keep your account and password information safe. All operations in the system are deemed to be your own operations and bear the corresponding responsibility. The risk or loss of funds resulting from the loss of information is at your own risk.

You are required to provide true, legal and complete personal information when using Lanocard Limited services. If the information provided is untrue or not updated in a timely manner, Lanocard Limited reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate the Service at your own risk.

Dispute Resolution and Application of Law

If there is a dispute between this agreement and Lanocard Limited, both parties shall try their best to negotiate and resolve it; If the negotiation fails, a lawsuit can be filed with the court where Lanocard Limited headquarters is located.

The formation, validity, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the place where Lanocard Limited is registered.

The holding of any provision of this Agreement as invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Matters not mentioned in the Agreement will be implemented in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and Lanocard Limited business rules.
