Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about LanoCard virtual cards. Safer payments worldwide.
LanoCard is
a platform that lets you create virtual payment cards for safer online purchases. You can create
one-time cards (for a single use or merchant) or reloadable cards (for subscriptions and
recurring payments). Your main bank or personal card is never exposed. Open to users worldwide.
A one-time
card is created with a fixed amount and is intended for a single merchant or purchase. Once the
balance is used or the card expires, it cannot be topped up. A reloadable card can be topped up
from your main balance multiple times. Use it for subscriptions, recurring payments, or ongoing
spending. You can freeze or close either type anytime.
One-time
card creation has a per-card fee (e.g. $3). Reloadable card creation has a per-card fee (e.g.
$5). When you top up a card from your main balance, a small percentage (e.g. 10%) is charged.

fees page for the latest fee table and API plan details.
